Obtaining a Limited Learner's Permit

After completing the class and reaching age 15 you are eligible to get your permit.

You will need the following:

• Driver's Education Certificate (we provide)

• School Eligibility Form (you get this from your HS or home school program.  Valid for 30 days)

• Social Security Card  

• Certified Birth Certificate

• Proof of Residency (Official School Transcript, bank statement, etc)

• Parent or Guardian

• Fee
